मराठी विकिपीडियात प्रचालकांचे मूल्यमापन करायचे झाले तर मराठी सदस्य ते मराठीतच चांगल्या पद्धतीने करु शकणार इंग्रजीत सगळ्याच सदस्यांना मूल्यमापन करता येईलच असे नाही. प्रचालकांचे मूल्यमापन हा उदात्त हेतू असला तरी ते इंग्रजीतूनच करावे याला माझा विरोध आहे. मेटावरील लोकांना इथल्या प्रचालकांचे मूल्यमापन दाखवायचे असेल तर मेटावर कुणालाही मूल्यमापन करण्यास बंदी नाही तिकडे जाऊन कुणीही इंग्रजीत लिहू शकते किंवा मेटावर विनंती केल्यास ते लोक त्यांच्या पद्धतीने मूल्यमापन करण्यास समर्थ असल्याने त्यांनी विकिसमुदायाने केलेली मूल्यमापनाची चर्चा इंग्रजीतच असावी असा नियम वा धोरण ठरवून दिलेले नाही. हे पान ठेवण्यास माझा सख्त विरोध आहे.Nanabhau (चर्चा) १९:४६, २८ नोव्हेंबर २०१२ (IST)

Laughable Charges

Dear Ujjwal Nikam,
Please don't add laughable charges here because they only help devalue the "True Evaluation" process.

• Timely actions - This has been a problem with all admins, I don't know why Mahitgar has been singled out for this. In my short stint here, Mahitgar has shown willingness to at least tackle some difficult issues that nobody else dared to touch. Yes, final action is still pending but at least he doesn't seem to be turning blind eye on the issues. Also You yourself should make these charges quickly and not keep them in "writing in progress" mode for long.
• Revealing real name: I think on Wikipedia, users are advised not to reveal their offline identity according to en:Wikipedia:privacy, en:Wikipedia:OUTING#Posting_of_personal_information. Even if stewards and users with checkuser and other rights need to give their offline identity that is not done publicly, they have to send it to Wikimedia foundation and don't need to reveal it to general public according to en:Wikipedia:Identification. Now if you think this is still a problem, you should come clean yourself and prove that you are real Ujjwal Nikam and not just a fancy username like my पुणेरीपुणेकर.
• Whenever you mention some policy of Wikipedia being violated, add a link to that policy, add the link of the change made by the accused which violates the said policy. Just mentioning that this action has been against some policy is useless.

While talking about 'chargesheet'ing admins and other such things, remember that --

1. Adminship on w:mr is NOT a paid position. Admins and users both work here as they find time.
2. Currently, there are only three active admins I see here. Mahitgar, Abhijit Sathe and myself. A number of others have been hounded out by a group of users (or a set of people posing as a group of users). Others have gone inactive.
3. People that bring this 'chargesheet' need to be mindful of ALL contributions by admins, both in admin capacity and as a contributor. You will need to dig a little deeper than last few weeks/months before making a judgement.
4. If you still want to 'chargesheet' an admin, your argument will carry more weight if you can show meaninful contribution to the project, other than pointing fingers, baseless accusations and personal attacks.

• Please remember this page is not for you to talk and also being you are involved in corruption practices you did not deserve to talk here. You fail to justify the reason to publish the Windows article second time on front page which automatically proved the charges of corruption on you. More seriously, I challenge you to prove the charge of corruption. At least provide some credible proof of it. You are trying to defame me and I will have to take appropriate action against you if you do not back down from that charge.

Do not try to hide behind pseudonyms and IP addresses or even proxies. There are ways of finding you, if legal action needs to be taken for character assassination and defamation.

I am giving you a chance to apologize for this baseless accusation. If you do not apologize, I will consider going to higher authorities inside wikipedia and outside to take action.

Mahitgar - Chale Jao

Mahitgar is trying to become very smart and thinking that once he has deleted the whole page (विकिपीडिया:चावडी/Admins True Evaluation) being an admin, whole history and my efforts will go waste. I had not done any personal attack on him neither I had used any wrong language, but still he has doen the mischief of deleting the content. I do not know whether you can revert the deleted content. I had put my some sleepless nights to collect the content with right reference to give sufficient backing. But he does know that there are poeple who knows what Mahitgar can do. Even if he has deleted everything, I have the super power to get that back... :) Now I am going to put this on all the relevant pages. Let us see, who gets tired first.....

Mahitgar has mostly contributed in the help pages. I am making my observations only on the basis on his wikipedia editing on various wikipedia projects. This does not cover any offline activity he has done in the past if any as I am not from his city and never came accross with this.

• He is the person as per Babel does not understand Marathi but an admin to Marathi Wikipedia for last 3 years.
• He does not respond quickly to the issues
• He do not take action when it is required and blame other people for doing it / not doing it
• When the answer is expected in one line, he writes the essay and that confuses people and main topic gets diverted.
• He had not disclosed his real name (Vijay Sardeshpande) for last 6 years unlike other admins like Abhay Natu, Sankalp Drawid, Rahul Deshmukh etc. (Even Jimbo Wales writes with his name)
• Many times, he has put his views by taking names of other people in the discussion without their permission or written concent.
• It is also observed that he is more or less dictating the terms by creating a long story and try to make people believe on that.
• He has locked "N" number of pages recently including the pages of admins like User:Mahitgar and User:Mvkulkarni23 so that no body could be able to write any good or bad on those pages. He has locked below important pages: विकिपीडिया:चावडी/प्रचालकांना निवेदन, विकिपीडिया:चावडी/इतर चर्चा, विकिपीडिया:ब्लॉक व अनब्लॉक धोरण, विकिपीडिया:प्रचालक/प्रचालन सजगता, विकिपीडिया:चावडी/प्रचालकांना निवेदन/अंमलात आणलेल्या सूचना, विकिपीडिया:चावडी/प्रचालकांना निवेदन. he has also locked the page सदस्य चर्चा:Mvkulkarni23 who was an admin on Marathi Wikipedia and who has recently resigned over here. Any person should be able express his/her views on these pages even if they are making contribution from IP addresses.
• He was silent when the personal attacks were happening on other admins from Oct. 2011 till next 6 months
• He himself has agreed that he is using dummy ID / duplicate IDs (>>> होय , इथे नवोदित सदस्यांना मि इतर नावाने नवोदितां सारख्या शंका मदतकेंद्रावर विचारल्या तर कशा पद्धतीचा रिस्पॉन्स नवोदीतांना येतो याचा अभ्यास करण्या करता मी वेळो वेळी असे खाते वापरले आहे<<<) which is violation of wikipedia policies. This is giving a wrong message to the whole community that bureaucrat is indulging into such practices.
• There are some off wiki activities looks be happend during his promotion as buerocrat
• Mahitgar created his account to Marathi Wictionary project 3rd Sep. 2006. He applied for admin with 3 months on 19 Dec. 2006 without any sufficient contribution and experience and he got the adminship !!! Same case happened for Marathi Wikisource. He joined to Marathi Wikisrot on 27 Nov. 2011. Apart from some addition in the help pages, he has not created a single page on Marathi Wikisource, he became an admin in March 2012. Same case for Hindi Wiktionary. The similar pattern is seen on other places and clearly reveals that he is very possessive of having adminships at as many as projects of wikipedia, keep control of the project and enjoy the adminship at all the places.
• In the year 2008, he also tried to become admin on Sanskrit wikipedia also, but his plan could not become successful. He edited in 2008 and 2009 but after that he has made 1 edit in the year 2010, 3 edits in 2011 and not a single edit in 2012. This shows that he edits only when he gets the adminship of that wikipedia project.
• When the things go out of control, he prefer to dump the stuff in "old discussions" (प्रशासकीय हस्तक्षेप स्वच्छता ....) so that people slowly forget what has happened in the past.
• Currently also many users are asking for his resignation on Marathi Wikipedia, but he is either ignoring the stuff or diverting it or time killing it or simply reverting the stuff by giving name as personal attacks.

With all this, the Marathi Wikipedia community has to decide whether he should remain as bureaucrat/admin over here or not. I request other respected members to put their valuable comments and feedback over here itself and take the suitable action accordingly.

With this I request all members to join my campain of "Mahitgar - Chale Jao". I also request other members to share their plans to execute the same.

Now in Marathi –

माहितगार यांना बहुतेक सौजन्याची भाषा पचनी पडत नाही असे दिसते. एकंदरीत माहितगार हे विकिपीडिया वरील गोचीड असून सर्व सभासदांचे आणि प्रचालकांचे रक्त शोषून घेवून विकिपीडिया वर महासत्ता गाजवण्याचा त्यांचा प्रयत्न चालू आहे. Maihudon आणि Mvkulkarni23 यांचा त्यांनी पद्धतशीर पणे कट करून काटा काढला आणि आणि त्यापुढे जाऊन कोहीही चर्चापानावर जाऊन त्यांना कोणी सहानभूती दाखवू नये म्हणून ती पाने lock करून टाकली. Mvkulkarni२३ यांनी निरोप घेतल्यापासून काही तासात माहितगार यांनी त्यांचा एक पितत्या सदस्य:Czeror याला प्रचालक पदासाठी पुढे केले आहे. हे म्हणजे मेलेल्या व्यक्तीच्या प्रेतावरील लोणी खाण्याचा प्रकार आहे. मी याचा जाहीररीत्या निषेध करून माहितगार यांची पहिल्यांदा राजीनाम्याची मागणी करतो. मराठी विकिपीडिया वरील जाणते सदस्य सर्व उघड्या डोळ्यांनी पाहत आहेत. त्या सर्वांनी एकसाथ उठून १९४२ साली ज्या प्रकारे बेधुंद इंग्रजांना "चले जाव" केले, तसेच आता माहितगार - चले जाव ही चळवळ चालू करत आहे. मराठी विकिपिडीयावरील सर्व जुने नवे जाणते सदस्य यात सहभागी होवून हे पूर्णत्वाला नेतील अशी मला खात्री आहे.
