::Interwiki linking policy that I remember is bots are supposed to take clue from interwiki links from english wikipedia . And users from respective wikipedias ony need add proper inter wiki link at english wikipedia. and not vice vesa. But this rule does not seem to be followed properly.

::: This is a general problem and not directly related to this page. I think bots take clues from all language links. Also I think they use links from any language Wikipedia. Bots can go wrong but things get corrected eventually.
