बकिन पर्टिन
बकिन पर्टिन (१ मे १९४२ – ५ जानेवारी १९९६) हे भारतीय राजकारणी होते.[१][२] पर्टिन अरुणाचल प्रदेशातील आदि जातीचे होते.[३] ते १९७७ मध्ये अरुणाचल प्रदेशच्या पहिल्या निवडून आलेल्या लोकसभा सदस्यांपैकी एक होते आणि नंतर राज्याच्या विधानसभेचे सदस्य बनले.

१९७७ ची सार्वत्रिक निवडणूक ही पहिलीच वेळ होती जेव्हा अरुणाचल प्रदेश या नवीन केंद्रशासित प्रदेशातून लोकसभेचे दोन सदस्य निवडून आले.[४] पर्टिन यांनी अरुणाचल पूर्व मतदारसंघासाठी अपक्ष उमेदवार म्हणून निवडणूक लढवली होती.[५] त्यांनी २८,५५७ मते (५६.३४%) मिळवून जागा जिंकली.[५][६]
१९८० आणि १९८४ च्या निवडणुकीत त्यांनी अरुणाचल पूर्व लोकसभा जागा जिंकण्याचा प्रयत्न केला; पण ते हरले.[७] पर्टिन यांनी १९८४ ची अरुणाचल प्रदेश विधानसभेची निवडणूक लढवली व ५१.४२% मतांनी ती जागा जिंकली.[८]
जनता दलाची स्थापना झाल्यावर पेर्टिन हे पक्षाच्या अरुणाचल प्रदेश युनिटचे सचिव झाले.[९] त्यांनी अरुणाचल प्रदेश विधानसभेच्या १९९० आणि १९९५ निवडणुकीत भाग घेतला पण त्यांचा पराभव झाला.[१०][११]
