The new update adds new features to the gadget and will add new abilities to function proper. The updated version is available in my sandbox located at सदस्य:Tiven2240/मिडियाविकी:Gadget-AdvancedSiteNotices.js --Tiven2240 (चर्चा) ११:१२, १८ एप्रिल २०२० (IST)

Not sure what you mean. Since you have the sysop flag for the next few days, please make the necessary edit. If it doesn't work out, revert it back to a 'safe' state before May 30th, when your sysop flag runs out.
