: I am not an administrator , I dont have blocking authority , I told user that repeated reversal of Non-POV encyclopedic info with proper citation could cause that i can request admins for blocking of account , but even before that I requested user to discuss on talk page of the article for consensus before any reversal so there is no strait away threat given to user .Most probably user /Sysop Maihudon at personal level did not like certain part of the content and he was actually ahppy that some one removed it and he wanted to support him that you keep doing in your way and that I am a sysop and i will take care was the mischevous tone of his language to the concerned user . An admin himself declaring indirect protection to non nuetral position a an user under pretext that Marathi WIkipedia has less number of users is against core policy of Wikimedia movement and hence as a whistle blower I raised an alarm asking for his resignation.
: And I observed in other conflicts elsewhere too he is selective and partial, my point is some one else making use of abusive language does not grant you a license to use abusve language and is contrary to wiki founding principles ,other two admins didnot aprove of his language else where, still he went ahead saying that he has not committed any mistake, to bring point to his home I raised the objection thats why I found his actions make him candidate for any whistle blowing and to rais an alarm before Marathi Wikipedia community and I sincerely belive to ask for resisgnation will bring out healthy discussion, better precedents for admins to follow
: When another senior admin was talking about sysops resolving disputes peacefully this gentleman has come up with idea of using selective partial english translations ,This attitude is not in line with resosving a dispute but shows he is really not having goodfaith in rest of Marathi Wikipedians and amounts to unncessary shouting , I belive.
