I have a couple of suggestions.
1.* Articles should be about the subjects of national interest. For example at this point in time, we need articles about technology, health science, etc. more than we need article on sports.
2.* Author must provide as references and citations. If something cannot be corroborated by reference, then it must be mmentioned that reference cannot be provided.
3.* I have a good lady friend who is highly educated, but has chosen to be housewife to cater to her family. We can rope in help of such untapped talent for editing etc.
