प्रेम खंडू थुंगन (जन्म ५ जून १९४६) अरुणाचल प्रदेशमधील भारतीय राजकारणी आहेत. १९७२ मध्ये पूर्वोत्तर सीमावर्ती एजन्सी केंद्रशासित प्रदेश बनल्यानंतर ते पहिले मुख्यमंत्री होते.[१]
