चंद्रभान आठरे पाटील बी ए एल एल बी हे सातव्या लोक सभेचे सदस्य होते .
त्यांचा जन्म २८ ऑगस्ट १९२० साली अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यातील पाथर्डी तालुका येथील कौडगाव या छोट्याशा गावात झाला .त्यांनी त्यांचे पदवीचे शिक्षण पुणे येथे फर्गुसन कॉलेज पुणे येथे पूर्ण करून एल एल बी देखील पुण्यातच पूर्ण केले . तद्पुर्वी त्यांनी भारत छोडो आंदोलनात सक्रीय सहभाग घेतला व त्याच दरम्यान त्यांना नासिक येथे जेल मध्ये राहावे लागले . सन १९४७ मध्ये १७ मे रोजी त्यांचा विवाह सौ मीरा यांचेशी झाला .

College (having 18,000 students on their rolls); President, District Bar Association, 1975-79; Vice President, Maharashtra Indo-Soviet Friendship Organisation; visited U.S.S.R. in connection with a function organised by the Indo-Soviet Friendship Organisation.
