Indian copyright act amendments were before parliament we are waiting for text as amemended and openions from indian legal fraternity to emerge . The issue is under discussion for certain legal aspects and Marathi WIkipedian community is aware of the issues .The apropriate actions wll be taken on urgent issues if brought to notice, sorting out rest of the issues will take further couple of months . If you want to use pictures which aren't under a free license, you can't just link to the policy in the English Wikipedia, as you seem to do in the moment ([[साचा:प्रताधिकारित संचिका]]), but have to create a local policy as described [[foundation:Resolution:Licensing policy|here]] (please create an English translation as well for foreign users and copyright owners).
