:Some bacground before I suggest a generic solution - A bot.
::Currently all the dinvishesh pages have namespace 'Wikipedia'.
::In past we unsuccessfully used 'विकिपीडिआ' namespace for dinvishesh since it was not permitted by previous implementations of MediaWiki to import pages from namespaces other than 'Template' and 'Wikipedia' (or translated equivalent of Wikipedia such as 'विकिपीडिआ/या').
::Hence it was illegal to write - <nowiki>{{विकिपीडिआ:दिनविशेष/जानेवारी १}}</nowiki>.
::We used redirections from 'Wikipedia:दिनविशेष/जानेवारी १' to 'विकिपीडिआ:दिनविशेष/जानेवारी १'
::Currently it is supported to import pages from other namespaces by prefixing a colon - for example <nowiki>{{:विकिपीडिआ:दिनविशेष/जानेवारी १}}</nowiki>
:I propose a scheme for migration as followed -
:#Categorize all pages from 'Wikipedia:दिनविशेष/*' and 'विकिपीडिआ:दिनविशेष/*' into a category.
:#Create redirections from 'Wikipedia:दिनविशेष/*' to 'विकिपीडिआ:दिनविशेष/*'
:#Use 'विकिपीडिआ:दिनविशेष/*' for importing pages (initially with prefix ':' if required)
:Can first two steps be implemented using a bot?
