Please don't add laughable charges here because they only help devalue the "True Evaluation" process.
* Timely actions - This has been a problem with all admins, I don't know why Mahitgar has been singled out for this. In my short stint here, Mahitgar has shown willingness to at least tackle some difficult issues that nobody else dared to touch. Yes, final action is still pending but at least he doesn't seem to be turning blind eye on the issues. Also You yourself should make these charges quickly and not keep them in "writing in progress" mode for long.
* Revealing real name: I think on Wikipedia, users are advised not to reveal their offline identity according to [[:en:Wikipedia:privacy]], [[:en:Wikipedia:OUTING#Posting_of_personal_information]]. Even if stewards and users with checkuser and other rights need to give their offline identity that is not done publicly, they have to send it to Wikimedia foundation and don't need to reveal it to general public according to [[:en:Wikipedia:Identification]]. Now if you think this is still a problem, you should come clean yourself and prove that you are real Ujjwal Nikam and not just a fancy username like my पुणेरीपुणेकर.
* Whenever you mention some policy of Wikipedia being violated, add a link to that policy, add the link of the change made by the accused which violates the said policy. Just mentioning that this action has been against some policy is useless.
I like your initiative, though. We need to solve problems on this Wikipedia in one shot. And if you draft this chargesheet properly, we can go to Meta to get that done.
