Gentleman since you have applied for sysopship, I will love to vote for you but before that here are some basic questions for you . Take this as a good opportunity to present your case before Marathi WIkipedians
* On Marathi language Wikipedia including your sysop request you have been seen using English language only , to continue to use english you used embassy but you continued english only as language of communication ,Can Marathi WIkipedians understand Why so ?
* What was your language of instruction at you school level Marathi Medium ? Semi english ? English ? How much do you understand lingustic nuances of Marathi language to differentiate between valid critc and abusive language ?
* Can you define please words 'Community' and ' Project Independance' in your view ?
* Has Marathi Wikipedia community ever accepted you as a neutral and impartial person while taking crtical
decesion ?
* How do you see different kind of criticism ? Do you get easily prejudiced against people putting up criticism ? What is your method of differentiating between valid criticism and abusive language ? Usually you have prefered to hide from crtics and crtiticism or you are a sport you are to accept your mistakes ? any examples ?
* Time and again it has been claimed on Marathi Wikipedia that you have साटलोट,sweet deal relationships and Confict of intrest issues with people named Sudhanwa Joglekar, Mandar Kulkarni , Abhijeet Safai ,Shananu Oak.Can you please put on record your real relationships with those people in real life ?
* Have you ever used Shananu Oak user account to hide any facts and details from Marathi people ? What facts you have hidden ?
* According to you what efforts have been taken by user shivshree for WIki source , Why user Shivshree has been side lined in sysopship at Marathi WIkisource , Please explain .

* Time and again it has been claimed that your action against user Nitin Kadu on Marathi language wikisource was of vengeance and have you misused banning rights as tool of punishment ?Are you sure no one in wikipedia belives that your wrongfull actions at Marathi Wikisource are spilling over at Marathi WIkipedia and are real cause of many conflicts on Marathi WIkipedia ?
